According to the state gaming commission, innings at Louisiana’s state regulated casinos were down 1.6% in March compared to the year before. The latest numbers for casinos Shreveport and Bossier City - and gaming spots across Louisiana - are out, and once again the figures for the local boats aren't encouraging.
